Episode 32 IR Simplified Podcast – Managing Union Relationships

In episode 32 of the IR Simplified I talk about managing the relationship with the dreaded union.

The first and probably most important thing to remember is that the official who is sitting at the table is nothing more than a representative of the members of the union.

This means that the way you treat him or her, or what you say to them will get back to your staff and be reflected in their relationship with you.

If you are honest and transparent with your staff, then you shouldn’t have too many problems with ‘the union’.
