I have decided to take it back to being more of a raw conversational type podcast, no intro, no outros or “call to action”s.
Just simple conversation on how you can simplify industrial relations.
In this episode, I am talking about a recent “ask an expert” post from a “leading” workplace relations company on the topic of “pet care leave”.
While the response may have been correct in terms of compliance with the Act, it did very little to improve the workplace relationship.
